We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange policy. This does not limit refunds, returns, repairs or replacements required by applicable law.

We’ll discuss the issue and the next steps with you. Please contact us for the correct return instructions before sending a parcel; the correct return destination depends on the issue and must be confirmed with us. This request does not limit any statutory cancellation deadline.
Your consumer rights
Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected. For online orders covered by the FTC’s shipping rule, sellers must obtain agreement to a shipping delay or refund payment for unshipped goods when they cannot ship on time. Read the FTC’s online order guidance.
