Privacy
Here’s how we handle your information when you browse, order or contact us.
Browsing the store
This store has no customer accounts or newsletter sign-up. Optional analytics is controlled by your privacy choices. To process an order we collect your name, email, delivery address, selected product and payment status. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not store card numbers. We share the delivery details needed to fulfil your order with our supplier and carriers.
Your browser connects to Vercel, our website and checkout service host, and Supabase, our catalogue, enquiry and order database service. Cloudflare manages our domain’s DNS. These providers may process connection information, such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the services. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies.
When you visit the main website address, we use the country inferred by Vercel from your connection to select the local store. Browser language is a fallback when a supported country cannot be determined. We do not request your device’s precise location or store a location profile.
Your saved cart
The store uses your browser’s local storage to remember the color and quantity you put in the cart. If you choose to enquire about your selection, those items are copied into session storage for the contact page and included with the enquiry only when you submit it.
Cart selections are kept separate for each store. Names, email addresses and messages entered in the contact form are not saved in local or session storage by this website.
You can remove the item from your cart or clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings. Local storage is not available in every browsing mode, so your choices may not always be remembered.
Checkout and payments
Stripe handles the payment form; our website never receives card numbers. We record your order, delivery details and payment status in our private Supabase database to fulfil your order and provide support.
To resume checkout, your contact and address details, product selection and private receipt token are kept in this tab’s session storage. Close the tab or clear this website’s stored data to remove the browser copy. Stripe receives the details needed for payment and sends your payment receipt to your email address.
Address suggestions
Checkout offers optional address suggestions from Google Maps. When you use this search, Google receives the address text you type and the information needed to provide suggestions, such as your IP address and browser details. Selecting a suggestion requests its address details from Google.
You can enter or correct every address field manually. We use the address you choose for your checkout; we do not save Google’s prediction lists or place identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Maps terms.
When you contact us
Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, topic, message, store market and any selected product items to our private support database hosted by Supabase. We use these details to handle and respond to your enquiry. A reference appears on the page after the enquiry is received; the form does not send an instant email confirmation.
We use limited, hashed request identifiers to reduce spam. Our application does not store raw IP addresses or browser user-agent details in the support database, although our hosting providers may process connection information in their own service logs.
If you email us directly instead, we receive the sender address and anything you include in the message. Our contact inbox is hosted by Gmail, and email is also handled by your own email provider.
Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information. For a privacy question or a request about an enquiry you’ve sent, contact gamesetfetchco@gmail.com.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, product interactions, shopping steps and confirmed purchases. We send market, product, currency and transaction information, not names, email addresses, delivery addresses, form messages or card details. Google may process device, browser and connection information. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.
If you allow session insights, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand interaction with public store pages through heatmaps and masked session recordings. Clarity is not loaded on checkout, payment-return or contact-entry pages. We use strict text masking and do not send customer identifiers to Clarity. Clarity may process browser, device and connection information.
Optional tools stay off until you accept them. You can reject them or change each choice at any time using . We remember your choice for up to 180 days and honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect shopping or payment.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Analytics can be incomplete when consent is declined, tracking is blocked or a buyer does not return after payment; our payment records remain the source of truth for orders.
